Don't forget to be modest

My boss and colleagues teated me to lunch to celebrate my promotion today. I come to realize that I got promoted little by little. Now, I am a managical position which has a bigger responsiblity and influence on people around me. I should always keep in mind application to them and doing better jobs.

今日、上司と職場の後輩が私の昇格のお祝いにランチをご馳走してくれた。自分が昇格したことを少しずつ実感している。これから管理職になり、周りに与える影響も大きくなる。周りへの感謝、謙虚な気持ちを忘れずに、よりよい仕事していきたい。
